1 box instant pistachio pudding
1 (8 oz.) tub of Cool Whip
1 (17 oz.) can crushed pineapple
8 oz. (or 1/2 bag) miniature marshmallows

Mix together the dry pudding mix and crushed pineapple. Add the cool Whip and stir well. Put in marshmallows and mix. Chill for 1/2 hour. A quick and easy dessert for the family on the go, also very popular.
