2 sticks butter 7 Hershey bars (8.5 oz. each) 2 c. sugar Melt butter and bars and pour over sugar, beating well. Combine: 2 1/2 c. cake flour 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda A dash of salt Beat: 4 eggs Add eggs alternately with flour mixture, cream with each addition. Add: 1 can Hershey syrup (16 oz.) 1 c. buttermilk 1 tsp. vanilla Stir and pour into a tube pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. |
