PISTACHIO CHERRY DESSERT
 

1 pkg. (3 oz.) Jello (cherry)
1 c. boiling water
2 c. ice cubes
1 pkg. (small) instant pistachio pudding
2 tbsp. chopped maraschino cherries

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add ice cubes, stir until thickened. About 3 minutes. Remove any unmelted ice. Prepare instant pudding as directed on package. Stir in maraschino cherries. Alternately spoon pudding and gelatin into dessert glasses.
