1 box Nilla wafers
1 box instant banana cream pudding
2-3 bananas
2 small containers Cool Whip (extra creamy)
1 bottle of Hershey's caramel topping

Mix all whip topping with the pudding mix, set aside for layering. Line bottom of bowl with crushed Nilla Wafer cookies (1/4 to 1/3 inch thick). A chunky consistency is the best. Drizzle caramel topping over the cookies. Next layer is Bananas, thinly sliced to cover cookies and caramel. Then a layer of the whipped cream and pudding mixture (1/3 to 1/2 of mixture depending on bowl size).

Depending on the bowl size you will either get 2 or 3 layers.
