Prepare the Jello with half the amount of water as is directed on the box until you bring it to a boil. Let the liquid cool for at least two minutes. Pour into a medium mixing bowl to cool.
Stir in the 12 ounces of yogurt until well mixed. Add the 8 ounces of Cool Whip and spoon into the pie crust. Cool the pie in the freezer or fridge until firm.
**NOTE** You may substitute the Jello and yogurt for any flavor you desire. Also, I use sugar free Jello and fat free yogurt and Cool Whip, but any will do. It is a nice recipe that can be used as a dessert or snack.
The title of this recipe, "Alexander Pie" was chosen, because my boyfriend Alexander loved it!
