CROCK POT STEW
 

1 can mixed vegetables
1 sm. onion, cut up
3 boneless pork chops
1 pkg. brown gravy mix

Put in vegetables and onions. Lay pork chops on top. Mix gravy mix and pour over meat and vegetables. More water may added if needed. Cook on high approximately 4 to 5 hours until meat is real tender. Serve over rice or potatoes.
