SLOW COOKED BEEF TORTILLAS
 

1 beef roast
1-2 cans minced chile peppers
1 can minced jalapenos or chipotle peppers
water or beef stock
1 bag shredded cheese
corn or floured tortillas

In Crock-pot, add beef roast, chiles, jalapenos, water or beef stock. Cook for approximately 8 hours or until tender. After cooked, shred beef while in Crock-pot.

Spread a generous portion of beef and peppers in tortilla. Sprinkle your favorite type of cheese over beef, wrap and serve.

Quick, easy prep - but delicious.
