2 eggs 1 1/2 c. raisins 1 1/3 c. brown sugar 2/3 c. salad oil 2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla Beat eggs lightly. Stir in sugar and oil. Add flour, salt, baking powder, blend well. Stir in vanilla and raisins. Spread into a 9x13 inch pan. Mix 4 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. |
