PEPPERMINT BROWNIES
 

Top your favorite brownies with this (9 x 13 inch).

1. Mint Cream Icing: Beat smooth 2 cups powdered sugar, 4 tablespoons soft butter, 2 tablespoons milk and 3/4 teaspoon peppermint extract. Tint green.

2. Chocolate Glaze: 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate and 2 tablespoons butter. Melt together and spread over the mint cream (tip the pan).
