1/2 c. canola oil 3 eggs 3/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. flour 6 tbsp. cocoa powder 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Oil 8 inch square pan. Combine oil, egg, sugar, vanilla. Add flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt and nuts. Spread in pan. Bake 40 minutes. Cut into 2 inch squares after they're cool. |
