1 box yellow cake mix (or 2 sm. boxes Jiffy cake mix)
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
2 tbsp. corn syrup
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients well and bake in greased 13"x9"x2" pan in preheated 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool slightly and cut in squares.
