1 pkg. chocolate chips 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 pkg. Townhouse crackers 1-2 drops peppermint extract Wax paper In medium size saucepan, melt chocolate over low heat. When chocolate is just melted, add oil, mix and add peppermint; stir. Remove from heat. Using a fork, drop crackers in chocolate (one at a time), turn cracker to cover. Place on waxed paper and place in refrigerator or freezer until chocolate hardens. |
