1/2 c. butter 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate 1 c. dark brown sugar 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. pecans 2 eggs, beat to blend 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. salt FROSTING: 1/4 c. butter 2 c. powdered sugar 2 tbsp. strong coffee 1/2 tsp. vanilla Mix all ingredients. Bake at 325 degrees in greased 8 inch baking dish for 15 to 25 minutes. Cool completely and frost. |
