1 pkg. Jiffy yellow cake mix
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. corn syrup
1/4 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 egg
1 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. In a small bowl blend all ingredients well. Spread in prepared pan. Bake 25-30 minutes. Cool and cut into bars. Yield: Makes 2 dozen squares.
