1/2 c. butter
1 pkg. yellow or devil food cake mix
3 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips or butterscotch chips
3 c. Cheerios cereal
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in jelly roll pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over butter. Sprinkle with marshmallows, chocolate chips, and cereal. Pour milk evenly over top and bake about 25 minutes or until golden brown. While warm, run knife around edge to loosen sides. Cool and cut.
