BANANA OATMEAL COOKIES

1 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 egg
1 c. mashed bananas (about 2)
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1 3/4 c. quick oatmeal

Mix together, drop by spoonful on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
