1 c. oil 1 lb. light brown sugar 3 eggs 6 oz. chocolate chips 6 c. sifted self rising flour 1 c. chopped pecans Blend oil and brown sugar in mixer bowl. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in remaining ingredients one at a time. Shape into 3 rolls. Wrap in freezer paper. Freeze until firm. Slice 1/4 inch thick. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until light brown. Cool on wire rack. Yields 6 dozen. |
