2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. karo syrup 2 sticks butter 1 c. uncooked popcorn
Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil; boil 5 minutes. Add 1/2 teaspoon soda and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour over popped corn. Bake at 225 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
