1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Beat all ingredients with a wooden spoon in a bowl. Pour into a greased 8x8 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Don't over bake.
