1 lb. white chocolate 1 pkg. Bits of Brickle 1 tbsp. cooking oil Put oil in bottom of microwave proof container. Add white chocolate and melt using medium power. Stop each minute and stir until soft. NOTE: Will burn easily if heated too long or hot. Stir in package of brickle. Pour out on waxed paper and cool in the refrigerator. Break into small pieces. This recipe is quick easy, and good. |
