2 c. Pillsbury all-purpose flour 2 tsp. baking powder 3/4 tsp. salt 1 1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed 1 c. butter, softened 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. walnuts, chopped 1 c. flaked coconut 1 1/2 c. quick-rolled oats Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixer bowl, combine all ingredients except rolled oats, walnuts and coconut. Blend well with mixer. Stir in remaining ingredients, mix thoroughly. Drop by rounded teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 66 to 72 cookies. |
