Cream butter with sugar. Add yolks; mix well. Add ice water. Stir in flour. Wrap dough in plastic and refrigerate for 2 hours. Grease cookie sheet. Divide dough; work with half at a time. Roll out on floured surface to 1/4-inch thickness (or thinner). Cut into circles with inverted glass. Press circles flat.
Fill with very small amount of jam. Fold into 3 corners - start by pressing 2 sides together - fold 3rd side over - press ends together. Place on sheet. Bake 10-15 minutes (350 degrees) until lightly browned. Make approximately 36.
