1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
4 SNICKERS® candy bars
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. milk
Vanilla extract

Cream butter and sugar; add flour, salt, and soda. Mix until dough is crumbly. Reserve 1/2 cup of mixture for topping. Press remainder of dough in a 9 x 9 inch pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 17 minutes.

In a double boiler, place SNICKERS® bars (that have been cut into pieces) with butter and milk. Melt over very low heat, until thoroughly mixed. Then add 3 or 4 drops of vanilla.

Spread candy mixture over baked crust. Sprinkle reserved crumbs over the top and bake at 350 degrees an additional 12 minutes longer. When cool, cut into small squares. 2 1/2 dozen.
