MINT BROWNIES
 

BOTTOM:

Brownie

MIDDLE:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. mint extract
4-5 drops green food coloring

Mix together and frost top of brownie when cool.

TOP - Chocolate:
6 oz. chocolate chips (1 c.)
4 tsp. butter

Melt together and frost over mint mixture.
