CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE
 

CRUST:

1 c. Quaker oats oatmeal, precooked
1/3 c. chopped almonds
1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar

FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1 c. miniature chocolate chips
2 tsp. flour

Heat oven at 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients, press on bottom only of 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely.

For filling, beat first 3 ingredients at medium speed until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time. Gradually add milk. Stir floured chocolate chip pieces into cream cheese mixture. Pour onto crust. Bake 50 to 60 minutes. Cool. Completely loosen side with knife and remove rim. Store covered in refrigerator.
