MINI-CHIP BROWNIES
 

1/2 c. butter
1 c. packed light brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate mini chips

Melt butter in small saucepan. Stir in brown sugar. Remove from heat, pour into mixing bowl. Cool. Beat in egg and vanilla until fluffy. Add flour and salt to creamed ingredients. Beat until well blended. Stir in mini chips. Spoon into greased 8 or 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Frost if desired.
