1 box Ritz crackers
1 sm. jar peanut butter
1 almond bark chocolate bar

In a double boiler, melt almond bark bar. While it is melting, spread peanut butter between 2 Ritz crackers until box has been emptied. With tongs, dip each "sandwich" cookie (of 2 Ritz crackers with peanut butter in between) into the melted chocolate and place it on wax paper to harden. Then serve!
