CHOCOLATE FROSTED BROWNIES
 

BROWNIES:

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can chocolate syrup
1 c. flour

FROSTING:

6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. 2% milk
1 1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. milk chocolate chips

Cream together the butter, sugar and eggs. Add the syrup and flour; mix well. Pour into a buttered and floured pan. Bake for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cool.

Heat milk, butter and sugar to boil. Boil 1 minute. Take off heat and add chocolate chips. Beat immediately and spread on brownies.
