2 egg whites at room temperature 3/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 12 oz. chocolate chips Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold in sugar and beat until dissolved. Fold in vanilla and chocolate chips. Grease a cookie sheet. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Use a teaspoon to drop dough into mounds on the cookie sheet. Place in preheated oven. TURN OFF OVEN IMMEDIATELY. Leave overnight. DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR UNTIL DONE. |
