1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs
1 can Hershey's chocolate syrup

Combine ingredients in order given. Bake in jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool and frost.

FROSTING:

1 c. sugar
6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Bring sugar, butter and milk to a boil and boil for 1/2 minute. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips. Spread slightly cooled frosting on brownies.
