Mix:

2 c. regular flour
2 c. sugar

Combine and bring to a boil:

1 c. butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water

Pour boiling mixture over sugar and flour. Mix well and add remaining ingredients. Pour entire mixture into a greased, floured sheet cake pan or cookie sheet with 1 inch sides. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool and frost with icing recipe below.

ICING:

Combine and bring to a boil:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk

Remove from stove. Add:

1 lb. powdered sugar
1 c. nuts (optional)
