1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. orange juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. hot water
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1 tsp. grated lemon peel

Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Slowly stir in orange juice, lemon juice and water. Microwave uncovered on high (100%) stirring every 2 minutes until mixture thickens and boils, 6 to 7 minutes.
Stir in butter, orange peel and lemon peel. Pour into dessert fondue pot to keep warm. Serve with dippers and fondue forks. Approximately 6 servings.
