RO-TEL HORMEL CHILI CHEESE DIP
 

1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies, diced
1 (15 oz.) can Hormel chili (no beans)
1 lb. pasteurized cheese spread (Velveeta)

Cut cheese into cubes and melt in a double boiler over low heat while stirring. Stir in chili and Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies. Crock pot works instead of double broiler.
