1 c. butter, melted 2 c. peanut butter 1 tbsp. vanilla 5 c. powdered sugar 1/4 c. paraffin wax (type used in canning) 2 (12 oz.) bags semi-sweet chocolate chips Blend first 4 ingredients and refrigerate for one hour. Once firm, roll peanut butter mixture into 1" balls. Melt chocolate chips and wax over low heat. Using a fork, dip peanut butter balls into chocolate and roll to cover. Remove and place on wax paper until chocolate is firm. Store in refrigerator or freezer. |
