1 can salmon 1 egg 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper Oil to cover bottom of frying pan Open salmon. Break apart to take out bone. Drain. Mix in bowl with rest of ingredients. Make patties about 2 inches in diameter, fry in oil until brown on both sides, about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with salt. |
