1 lb. hamburger 2 tbsp. chili powder 2 tbsp. fajita seasoning 1 can refried beans 1 block colby cheese 1 block Monterey Jack cheese Jalapeno peppers Tostada shells Sour cream Brown hamburger, chili powder and fajita seasoning and drain. Spread refried beans about 1/8" thick on tostada shells. Top with 3 tablespoons of meat mixture and sprinkle both cheeses on top of that. Place peppers on top. Cook in oven at 375 degrees until cheese is melted or microwave them for 2 minutes on high in the microwave. Take out of oven and top with sour cream. |
