BEV'S SALMON SPREAD
 

1 (15-16 oz.) can salmon
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. onion, finally chopped
1/2 c. sour cream or sour cream substitute

Mix first 4 ingredients together and press into small mold, then chill. To serve, remove from mold and spread with sour cream. Garnish with parsley or basil and paprika sprinkled on top. Serve with crackers.
