Place 1 slice ham on each of 3 tortillas. Cover cheese with remaining ham. Top with remaining tortilla shells.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in 6 inch skillet over medium heat. Fry 1 tortilla sandwich, turning once until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3 minutes. Cut into wedges. Repeat with remaining sandwiches. Yields: 1 dozen appetizers.
