THE FRUGAL GOURMET'S HUMMUS (A MIDDLE
EASTERN DISH)
 

15 oz. can chic peas (with juice)
15 oz. can chic peas (drained)
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 c. tahini paste (ground sesame seeds)
3 cloves garlic (crushed)

Blend in blender until smooth. Serve with Pita bread. (Dip pieces of Pita bread into Hummus). May sprinkle olive oil and paprika or parsley on top before serving.
