Rub bowl with garlic cloves. Add: 4 c. cooked or canned green beans 1 onion, cut or chopped or sliced 2 tbsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. oregano 2 tbsp. parsley (dry or fresh) Dash of pepper 1 tsp. paprika 5 tbsp. vinegar 4 tbsp. salad oil Mix ingredients together. Pour over beans and allow to marinate. Serve hot as a vegetable; serve cold as a salad. Garnish as desired. |
