3 grapefruit 1 lg. avocado 1 head lettuce 1 (14 oz.) can pineapple, drained 1 1/4 oz. blue cheese 1/2 c. french dressing
Pare grapefruit. Pare avocado. Cut all in bite size pieces. Break lettuce. Arrange in layers with pineapple. Crumble cheese. Pour french dressing over salad. Toss well. May chill.
