1 lb. sea scallops 1/2 lb. lean bacon 1 sm. can pineapple chunks Toothpicks Cut each strip of bacon in half and wrap it around a scallop. Add a piece of pineapple to the top, and skewer all three with a toothpick. Broil, bacon side up until bacon is browned. If you like your bacon well done, partially cook it beforehand. Yields about 30-40 appetizers. |
