Neufchatel cheese 1 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. grated onion 1 tsp. prepared horseradish 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. liquid smoke 1/2 c. chopped nuts, optional 1/2 c. grated cheese, optional 3 tbsp. snipped parsley, optional Flake salmon, removing bones and skin. Add remaining ingredients. Chill several hours. Make into log or ball and roll in nuts or parsley, or use as a dip and top with chives. |
