BEER CHEESE SAUCE
 

1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
4 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 c. cream (not half & half)
16 oz. jar Cheez Whiz
6 oz. beer
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Melt butter and mix in flour; stir well. Heat on low for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add chicken broth and stir mixture until smooth and thick. (May need to whip to break up pieces.) Add cheese; cook until smooth. Add beer and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer 15 minutes; stirring constantly.

Taste great over cooked spaghetti noodles!!
