2 c. cut up ripe avocados, mashed 1 tbsp. onion, minced 1 clove garlic, minced 1/4 tsp. chili powder 1/4 tsp. salt Dash of pepper 1/3 c. mayonnaise 6 strips bacon, cooked & crumbled Assorted snack crackers Combine first 6 ingredients and blend well. Place in a small bowl and cover with mayonnaise, spreading over top and sides to keep avocado from turning dark. Refrigerate several hours to blend flavors. When ready to serve, mix well and sprinkle top with crumbled bacon. Serve with assorted snack crackers. |
