1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. milk
2/3 c. shortening
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Mix all the ingredients together. Use a pastry tube to fill cupcakes by inserting in top.
