MEXICAN PIZZA NACHO DIP
 

1 can refried beans
8 oz. cream cheese
1 pt. sour cream
12 oz. jar salsa
6 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Jalapeno peppers, sliced
Scallions, chopped

In a mixing bowl combine sour cream and cream cheese, set aside. In a shallow serving tray, spread refried beans. Spread cheese mixture on top of beans and cover with salsa. Next spread shredded cheese and top everything with scallions and jalapeno peppers. Serve with nachos.
