1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. celery, cut in 1 inch pieces 1 c. cold, diced chicken 1 c. pecans Put mayonnaise, salt, and celery into blender; process at stir until celery is chopped. Add chicken and pecans; process at chop until chicken is coarsely chopped. Makes 1 1/2 cups. |
