1 c. strong tea, cool
1 (6 oz.) can lemon concentrate
1 (6 oz.) can orange concentrate
3/4 c. sugar
3 c. water
2 c. vodka

Mix well. Put into container and place in freezer.

To serve, stir slush well. Into a glass put 1 scoop ice cream slush. Add 7-Up to fill.
