PORK CHOPS WITH MANGO CHUTNEY
 

Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the pork chops and cook them in the hot oil. Turn the chops and continue cooking until done. Take out the chops and put on a large plate; pour off the grease from the pan. Deglaze the pan with the white wine and reduce until half of the volume. Pour sauce over the chops and spread with mango chutney.
